Divide your staff into pairs and give them instructions regarding where you have hidden clues around the city, or where they must find certain landmarks to tick off their list. This will take some coordination and planning but your staff will have a great time working out cryptic clues and travelling all over the city to find them. Have a prize for the winning pair that make it to the final check point first.

If they don't work together they won't be in harmony and the whole rhythm with be thrown. Have staff attend the workshop to learn how to play a specific piece and then have them perform it later than night for family at a dinner.

As well as being good fun go karts are a good equaliser as they don't take any particular special skill to drive and they also handle differently depending on the weight of the driver. Zooming around a track at top speed can be good to reduce stress and having a few good natured races will get a bit of healthy competition going between your staff. Most go kart tracks will having catering available so plan your day around a midday meal.
